Queen Mary University Rugby Football Club
Queen Mary University of London Rugby Football Club (informally Queen Mary RFC, or QMRFC is a university Rugby Union Club representing Queen Mary University of London. The club consists of two men's teams; the 1XV and 2XV, as well as a Women's 1st XV in conjunction with St.Bartholomew's and the Royal London Medical School. All teams compete in BUCS. ==1st XV==
Since 2010 Queen Mary 1st XV has developed into one of the top university teams in London. In 2011 Queen Mary 1st XV secured first place promotion after winning 13 out of 14 matches in the BUCS South Eastern 3B League. In 2011-2012 Queen Mary 1st XV competed in BUCS South East League 2B and after their maiden season they showed that they are a rapidly improving team winning 6 out of 13 fixtures. In addition to this they reached the BUCS SE Conference Cup Final, losing to Canterbury Christ Church 1st XV 37-28.
